Never Alone

Experience the epic journey of Nuna and Fox as they search for the source of an eternal blizzard that threatens the survival of everything they have ever known.

Never Alone is an atmospheric puzzle platformer developed in collaboration with the Iñupiat community and drawn from a traditional story that has been shared across the generations.

Never Alone was inclusively developed by E-Line Media and the Cook Inlet Tribal Council (CITC), a pioneering Alaska Native social service organization, with the goal of sharing, celebrating and extending Alaska Native culture with a global audience. The game explores a story passed down for thousands of years, is in the Inupiat language, and includes 26 mini-documentary Cultural Insights that are unlocked through gameplay.

Never Alone has enjoyed critical praise globally. It has been downloaded 10+ million times, featured in over 1,000 articles, nominated for major game awards (winning a British Academy Award and Game of the Year at Games for Change) and received the prestigious Peabody Award highlighting 'stories that reflect the pressing social issues and the vibrant emerging voices of our day.' The game has also earned a place in museums around the world including the Smithsonian, MoMa, Field Museum, Denver Art Museum, Heard Museum, and others.
